1. Permitted Use

Mutsuki is provided for personal and community use on Discord servers. You may use the bot for music playback, moderation, and entertainment within the guidelines of Discord and these terms.
Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of the bot or its features is not allowed without explicit written permission from the bot owner.
Server owners and administrators are responsible for configuring the bot's permissions and ensuring it is used appropriately in their communities.

Do not use Mutsuki for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities, including but not limited to harassment, hate speech, spam, or copyright infringement.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the bot's operation, or use automated scripts to abuse its features.
Do not use the bot to share or promote malicious content, scams, or phishing attempts.
Any attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse premium features, or disrupt service for others may result in a ban or removal of access.

Familiarize yourself with the bot's commands and documentation before use. Use /help or visit the Docs page for guidance.
Keep the bot's permissions limited to only what is necessary for your server's needs.
Encourage respectful and responsible use among your server members.
Regularly review your server's moderation settings and audit logs to ensure compliance.

Report any misuse, abuse, or bugs to the Support Server. Provide as much detail as possible for faster resolution.
We take abuse reports seriously and will investigate all valid claims. Action may include warnings, bans, or reporting to Discord Trust & Safety.

Usage terms may be updated at any time. Continued use means acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be announced in the Support Server.
