Mutsuki only collects data required for bot operation, such as server IDs, user IDs, and command usage statistics. No message content or sensitive personal data is stored.

Data is collected automatically when you use commands or interact with the Bot.

2. Data Usage

Collected data is used solely to provide bot features, ensure moderation, and improve user experience.

Data may be used to detect abuse, troubleshoot issues, and generate usage statistics.

We do not sell, rent, or disclose your data to third parties, except as required by law or to comply with Discord's policies.

3. Data Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are taken to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Access to data is restricted to the bot owner and authorized maintainers only.

Data is deleted upon request or when no longer needed for bot operation. To request data removal, contact us via the Support Server.

You may request data deletion from the developer at any time. However, if you delete your own account using /deleteaccount commands and create a new one, you must wait 3 months before you can delete the new account again. This is to prevent spam and abuse of the deletion feature.

You have the right to request information about what data is stored about you and to request its deletion.

This privacy policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
