Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Mutsuki ("The Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable Discord policies. If you do not agree, do not use Mutsuki. These terms apply to all users, server owners, and administrators who invite or interact with Mutsuki.

2. Use of Mutsuki

  • Mutsuki is provided for use in Discord servers for music, moderation, and entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution is prohibited without explicit permission.
  • You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.
  • Abuse, spam, or misuse of Mutsuki (including but not limited to command spamming, exploiting bugs, or harassing users) may result in removal or ban from the service, and may be reported to Discord Trust & Safety.
  • Server owners are responsible for configuring permissions and ensuring Mutsuki is used appropriately in their communities.
  • Mutsuki may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. User Content and Data

  • Any content submitted through Mutsuki (such as music requests, moderation actions, or messages) remains the responsibility of the user who submitted it.
  • Mutsuki does not store message content, but may log command usage, user IDs, and server IDs for moderation and analytics purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
  • Do not use Mutsuki to share illegal, copyrighted, or harmful content.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Mutsuki is provided "as is" with no warranty or guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Mutsuki owner is not responsible for any damages, losses, or disruptions resulting from use or inability to use Mutsuki, including but not limited to data loss, server bans, or Discord account actions.
  • Use Mutsuki at your own risk. Always review permissions and settings before inviting Mutsuki to your server.

5. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Mutsuki after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be announced in the Support Server.

6. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to Mutsuki for any user or server at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or Discord policies.
